After your onboarding, you will participate in regular training sessions as well as our Davies Academy program. You will continually be learning on the job from the most talented lawyers. Your mentoring team is there for ongoing guidance. You will also find that open doors and helpful conversations are a hallmark of our firm.

Our approach is flexible by design. Our non-rotational 12-week summer program allows students and stagiaires to explore their interests. With our open-door culture, you are welcome to accept and request work from any lawyer as you expand your knowledge and skills. You will also have the support of the Student Director, as well as your mentors, to ensure you are receiving substantive and varied work opportunities and a rewarding experience.

We also host regular team lunches and social hours, as well as special events like cooking classes, sporting events, practice group outings and small group dinners hosted by various partners. Our close-knit firm is drawn together by shared values and a friendly, collegial culture. We want you to feel part of it.
